Ask whether drip edge is included
Some proposals list roof-edge metal explicitly; others bury it inside the system. Identify whether new metal is included at eaves and rakes and how it integrates with the selected roof covering.
Gutters can complicate the sequence
If gutters are being replaced, coordinate roof edge and gutter installation so one trade does not undo the other.
Fascia condition can change the job
Deteriorated fascia or deck edge can create repair work separate from the metal itself.
