The roof calculator uses broad state price-level sensitivity as one input, then lets the user adjust local market level separately. General state price levels do not perfectly track roofing labor, products, insurance, permits or storm-driven demand.
City expansion should be selective
A useful city page needs more than the city name inserted into national copy. It should add local permitting links, climate or hazard considerations and distinct market assumptions.
